Small Markets Podcast Series
The Small Markets Podcast series from Irene Sotiropoulou of the THYME project at the University of Hull grew from Irene’s research at the University of Hull and in cooperation with Prof. Pauline Deutz, questioning assumptions around bioeconomy and small scale producers and markets. The research investigates in what ways and to what extent the local people are trying to use organic materials that are locally available in order to produce goods for local consumers and make a living through this production.
The Small Markets Podcast series was first broadcast by the Bite the Biscuit Boulevard Radio and the Bite the Biscuit Neighbourhood Market.
